Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a high‑performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us in New Ply Mouth branch. We are seeking a relationship developer who thrives on creating momentum & winning, a self‑starter who will thrive in a dynamic & mobile sales environment, across varying industries. You could come from a B2B sales background, or from another sales focused discipline, where you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to connect with potential clients & candidates. Core Responsibilities Client Development: Source new business leads, cold call, and meet with employers across your local NZ territory to understand their staffing needs. Candidate Sourcing: Advertise jobs on platforms like Seek NZ and search databases to find the best talent. Screening: Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, check references, and verify eligibility to work in New Zealand, drug and alcohol testing. Placement & Offer: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and finalize employment offers. Database Management: Keep candidate and client records up to date in recruitment CRM. Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, Talent search (HR), B2B sales, or customer relationship management. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of New Zealand employment law and NZ Immigration guidelines is preferred.
