The Opportunity Working closely with senior leaders, you will contribute to investment decisions, due diligence and impact measurement, while gaining exposure to global social ventures and a broad range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the assessment of funding opportunities across grants, equity and debt investments Conducting financial analysis, modelling and research to support investment decisions Assisting with due diligence, including reviewing strategy, organisational performance and impact metrics Monitoring portfolio organisations and evaluating social impact outcomes Preparing reports and investment papers for internal decision-making Conducting research into sectors, geographies and emerging trends Supporting relationships with portfolio organisations and external stakeholders About You You are a bright, intellectually curious and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems and turning analysis into insight. Ideally, you will bring: 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, transaction services or another analytical environment Strong financial analysis, modelling and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to synthesise complex information A proactive approach and a strong desire to learnAn interest in social impact and global development Previous exposure to impact investing or the not-for-profit sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
