About the Role This is a hands‑on, practical role working in a varied and deadline‑driven production environment. You’ll be working across different parts of the production department, with a strong focus on print production. You'll need to be flexible as there will be out‑of‑hours work as required. Key Responsibilities Learn all facets of the production department including display, exhibition and design & build, with the print department being the priority. Assist with maintaining the warehouse, production areas and company vehicles in a clean, organised and safe state at all times. Operate production machinery to the required standard and safely. Assist with stock management and organisation – restocking, checking inventory levels and managing incoming goods. Driving – pickup and delivery duties as required. Manufacture, production and assembly of company products to a high standard. Work as part of the team for installs & pack‑downs, when required. Quality control and management of outgoing products. Contribute proactively as a member of the team, putting forward recommendations and contributing to appropriate meetings. Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace through consistent support and adherence to the health & safety and wellness policy, including procedures and legislation. Ensure positive interaction and attitude with clients, suppliers and the BSD team. What We're Looking For We’re open to all levels of experience as we are prepared to provide on the job training – Your attitude and willingness to learn are key. Relevant hands‑on experience, formal or informal. Good fabrication and / or technical skills. Clean driver’s licence – manual experience preferred. Great communication skills and attention to detail. Confidence using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, ERP systems & Printer RIP). Strong work ethic and reliability. Focus on safety and teamwork. Bonus (but not essential – training provided): Print experience e.g. trimming, laminating, SAV application and a working knowledge of RIP software, etc. Exhibition or event display experience e.g. Octonorm, Fast40 / Fast60, beMatrix, shell schemes, truss, and event flooring etc. Forklift licence (with F endorsement). Class 2 truck licence. Current First Aid certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
