Senior Applications Analyst

Job Description We’re looking for a talented Senior Applications Analyst to help keep the good energy flowing in our Technology Operations team. This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving business systems, mentoring others, and working closely with technology and business teams to create better outcomes. As the Senior Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the reliability, support, enhancement and future development of a range of critical business applications and platforms. You will provide technical leadership, mentor kaimahi, contribute to projects, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our systems remain effective, secure and fit for the future. The role can be based at our Bell Block or Wellington office. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or business systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and non‑technical teams. Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others.
