Technical Sales Executives – SaaS Auckland (Hybrid) | Regular travel to Australia vWork is a high-growth, sales‑led SaaS business helping organisations run smarter, more sustainable delivery operations. The opportunity This is a hands‑on, consultative technical sales role for someone who enjoys understanding how customers operate and proving how technology can improve their workflows. You'll own Tier 2 and Tier 3 deals end‑to‑end, while providing technical firepower on larger enterprise opportunities led by the Chief Customer Officer. What you'll be doing Leading discovery to understand customer workflows and pain points Delivering compelling product demos, including tailored demos using prospect data Owning Tier 2 & 3 deals from first contact through to signed contract Producing proposals, pricing and Statements of Work Supporting enterprise (Tier 1) deals with technical expertise Identifying integration requirements and working with Product and Engineering Feeding market insight and objections into the product roadmap Maintaining accurate, timely deal data in HubSpot What we're looking for Experience selling B2B SaaS or technical software solutions Strong consultative selling skills and confidence closing deals Comfortable asking for the order and progressing deals to signature Credible running demos and technical discussions Commercially savvy with a clear ability to articulate ROI Confident using HubSpot or a similar CRM Curious, adaptable and comfortable with change Team‑first mindset with high EQ You don't need industry experience, but you must be willing to become an expert in how vWork works.
