About the role Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead the Fundraising Team through its next season of growth and impact. Reporting directly to the Fundraising & Communications Director, the role offers an opportunity to bring strategic leadership and fundraising expertise to grow CAP’s regular income streams and ensure long-term financial sustainability. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that expand CAP’s supporter base, strengthen donor engagement and improve retention. Key responsibilities Develop and implement CAP’s annual fundraising plan, and support long‑term strategic planning Lead and manage a team of 6, providing guidance and facilitating professional development Achieve annual income targets and supporter growth targets Develop and implement effective reporting and forecasting mechanisms for both regular and one‑off income streams About you You are excited to bring your professionalism and expertise to enable the greatest possible impact for whānau experiencing money chaos in Aotearoa.
