Caregiver

That’s why we are seeking a like-minded Caregiver to join our Parklands Care Home located in Christchurch . This is a Permanent Full-Time Position (Average or 30 hours per week). You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable. Hours and Roster Details Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Average of 30 hours per week Shift Time: Working a range of AM, PM and Night shifts as leave cover. Days: 180 Hours over a 6-week rotating roster Where You Will Make an Impact Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity. Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans. Maintain accurate health care documentation as required. Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities. Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team. What About You An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care. Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly. Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
