Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and efficient Community Services Administrator to provide general administrative support for our Community Services Department. This is a new permanent part‑time position, offering 10 hours per week (5 days a week). In this role, you will: Provide general administrative support to the Community Facilities Team. Keep the team organised - processing requisition orders, correspondence, and follow‑ups. Ensure greater resilience and continuity of service by providing back up support to the Team Leader during absences and peak workloads. Build great relationships across Council and with community partners. Help create an environment where people feel informed, connected, and supported. We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates the ability to learn new systems, processes and skills efficiently. Communicates clearly and enjoys working with a variety of people. Enjoys working as a team and can build positive relationships. Adaptable and maintains professionalism under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
