About the Role We are seeking an analytical Corporate Communications Manager to protect and elevate our brand reputation across internal and public channels. The role serves as the critical link between our executive leadership team and our broad base of energy consumers, media outlets, and community stakeholders, ensuring high‑performing campaign delivery and maintaining transparent public messaging. Key Responsibilities Media Performance Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimise mid‑level public relations risks, media inquiries, and regional community response strategies. Crisis Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of external announcements, community updates, and press releases using internal tracking systems to meet strict reporting timelines. Communications Performance Documentation: Write clear, concise internal briefing papers, executive talking points, and stakeholder engagement FAQs. Cross‑Functional Escalation: Isolate sensitive regulatory issues or volatile public narratives and escalates them with detailed contextual notes to senior corporate affairs and legal teams. Stakeholder Onboarding & Education: Guide internal business units through corporate policy adjustments and regional media protocols, translating complex regulatory updates into simple public statements. What We Are Looking For Experience: Public relations, corporate communications, media engagement, or journalism. Technical Skill Set: Familiarity with media monitoring platforms, content publishing frameworks, and digital dissemination tools such as media databases, PR distribution software, or corporate intranets. Analytical Capabilities: Strong strategic problem‑solving skills to systematically isolate media biases and reputational risk patterns. Communication Skills: Proven ability to explain complex energy sector operations, infrastructure investments, or pricing strategies clearly and calmly to mainstream media and local communities.
