THE ROLE What You Are - The Glue That Holds It Together You are the eyes and ears of ZURU Creative. You know where every job is at, from timing to status. You have a clear picture of every team member’s capacity and work hand‑in‑hand with the Social & Content Managers to keep the department running smoothly. You’re also the vital link to other departments: Marketing, Design, Digital and Brand Engagement ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You facilitate external productions end‑to‑end with a passion for making the work better. What You’ll Do Operations & Planning Own the job tracker — every brief, every status, every deadline. Nothing moves without you knowing about it. Manage team capacity — maintain a clear, live view of workloads across the creative team and flag conflicts early. Build and maintain workflows — from intake to delivery, ensuring every job moves through the department cleanly and on time. Leverage AI tools — use generative AI and automation confidently to streamline scheduling, reporting and operational tasks. Collaboration & Communication Partner with S&C Managers daily to align priorities, manage pipeline and keep content output on schedule. Be the department’s connector — the primary link between ZURU Creative and Marketing, Design, Digital and Brand Engagement. Run the weekly status rhythm — facilitating stand‑ups, tracking actions and keeping the team honest on commitments. Proactively problem‑solve — spotting bottlenecks before they become blockers and fixing them quietly. What You Bring Skills & Experience Experience in traffic, production or project management within a creative or agency environment. Mastery of project management tools — Asana, Monday, Hive or similar. You live in the system. Understanding of social & content workflows — you know what it takes to produce great content and plan accordingly. AI fluency — actively using generative AI to work smarter, not just harder. Mindset & Energy Unshakeable organisation — you don’t just manage chaos, you prevent it. Calm under pressure — deadlines don’t rattle you, they motivate you.
