We’re looking for a capable, quick‑thinking person for our Check‑Out and Customer Services desk. This is a pivotal role that ensures our customers receive a seamless experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling customer and staff enquiries, phone calls, GE Finance, product location, and checkout sales Navigating the unexpected with confidence and professionalism What We’re Looking For: A detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Strong multitasking and follow‑through skills POS system experience (training provided) A proactive, can‑do attitude with high accuracy and attention to detail Tech‑savvy and well‑organised Previous experience in a retail or rostered environment will be a strong advantage.
