Test Automation Engineer

All New Zealand // Permanent / Full Time We are on the lookout to chat with any and all test automation engineers across NZ. We work with many clients across New Zealand, from Auckland to Dunedin, with almost all of them looking to automate their test effort in the coming years. Sometimes there is a test framework already set up, but often it’s a completely fresh start where someone can bring their own toolset to the organization. You could be in the market for a new role, or you could be thinking about something fresh down the line a year from now. We would still love to chat and hear about your skills, whether that be Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or some other niche testing framework that you think is the next big thing! What you will bring You will be a seasoned testing professional with experience delivering test automation solutions. Your background could be a manual tester who saw the light for automating your work, or an engineer who loves the challenge of reaching that holy grail of CI/CD. Test frameworks and specific programming languages aren’t too important for this one; we are keen to chat to anyone and everyone. You will need all/most/able-to-fake-it of: Experience with web testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or something else. Experience setting up CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps would be advantageous. Any experience with mobile testing frameworks such as Appium would be an added bonus. Experience writing unit tests in things like Jest, NUnit, JUnit, or XUnit would be great, but not required.
