About The Role We are looking for an adaptable Customer Service Representative to join a public sector team in central Whanganui for a temporary assignment until June 2027. This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday position with standard business hours. As the first point of contact, you will support customers and whānau by providing clear information and advice across various digital and phone channels.
