Duty Manager

Overview Gear Street Union is located in the old Wellington Motorcycles building in Petone. It offers craft cocktails, a wide wine and beer selection, an expansive menu, dynamic spaces, and a pet-friendly environment. Responsibilities Hold duties as Duty Manager in a fast-paced setting with responsibility for operations and customer service quality. Ensure team coverage on responsible shifts and maintain consistently high standards of service. Apply up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations and licensing compliance on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on going above and beyond for customers. Contribute to a positive, close-knit team culture and support the group’s growth opportunities when possible. Qualifications Current Duty Manager’s License. At least one year of experience in a similar role. Up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations. Strong numerical sense, leadership ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
