What You’ll Be Doing Answering inbound phone calls from members of the public Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries Managing customer interactions with professionalism and empathy Navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment Escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service experience (call centre, hospitality, retail, reception or similar) Calm, empathetic, and solutions‑focused approach Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster Reliable, positive, and team‑focused attitude The Details Start: 2ndJune 2026.
