About the Role Various part-time weekend opportunities both day and evening shifts. Position 1 - 16 hours per fortnight Working every second weekend both Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm Position 2 - 16 hours per fortnight or 32 hours per fortnight for the right applicant Working either every second weekend or every weekend both Saturday and Sunday 3.30pm - 10pm Position 3 - 16 hours per fortnight Working every second week Saturday and Sunday 6am - 4.30pm We're Looking for Someone With A Passion for Tāngata/People : Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people Empathy & Understanding : An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. Team Player : Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset. Practical Skills : The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
