Reporting to the Village and Sales Manager, you will assist to ensure seamless delivery of services and facilities to our residents. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4.30pm Key responsibilities Supporting the Village manager with systems, advocating policies and compliance. Maintaining communication with residents while considering business goals. Covering reception - answering calls and greeting visitors. Assisting with admin, projects and event planning. About you You will be a natural coordinator with great organizational skills. Other things that will support your application include: Proven interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
