Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Facility Cleaner to keep our site and facilities at a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Your work will help create a safe, pleasant environment for all staff in line with health & safety standards and industry best practice. This is a part‑time, permanent position working 0.6 FTE across Monday–Friday. While this is working between core business hours, we offer flexible start and finish times within agreed limits to help you balance work and life. Key responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks to a high standard (office areas, meeting rooms, hallways and passages, toilets, bathrooms, showers, kitchens and kitchenettes, service corridors, workshops, technical spaces, foyers and porches). Track and restock cleaning supplies, hygiene items, kitchen provisions, and first‑aid items, ensuring timely re‑orders. Manage waste, recycling and hazardous material handling in line with health & safety guidelines. Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or security concerns to facilities management. Develop and maintain effective relationships with the ability to liaise with a range of people. What you bring Proven cleaning experience in a domestic, commercial or light‑industrial setting. Ability to plan and deliver comprehensive cleaning and hygiene services. Sound knowledge of health & safety practices, including HAZCHEM handling. First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
