With clients including big FMCG and alcohol brands in both NZ and Australia, they are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is currently based in New Zealand, to make the move and join their Melbourne based team. This role sits at the heart of the Client Service team, specialising in shopper marketing and sales promotions across FMCG and alcohol brands. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaigns from strategy through to execution, and ensure delivery is on time, target, and budget. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a shopper marketing and sales promotions agency role, with strong digital production know-how. You will be confident in managing multi‑channel campaigns, from digital promotions to in‑store activations, with events and experiential marketing experience a plus. You will naturally have a passion for great creative, shopper marketing, retail communications and creating original work that drives action. Alongside this, you will have a positive attitude to all briefs – from smaller tactical to larger, more creative‑led. You will have an eye for detail, the ability to see opportunities beyond the brief, and a solutions‑focused approach.
