Concierge – Qantas Lounge, Wellington Airport Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for premium travelers. Responsibilities Welcome guests and verify lounge access eligibility. Check in guests and provide information on amenities, dining, and flight updates. Assist with special requests, including VIP and mobility support. Monitor lounge occupancy and communicate with the team to manage capacity. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline lounge roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Proficient in computer systems and airline check-in software. High standard of personal grooming and flexibility to work varied shifts. Must be able to pass pre‑employment checks satisfactorily. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
