Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a Site Engineer Civil & Structural to join our team in Wellington, supporting the delivery of key works on a thermal drying plant project. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you will play a critical part in delivering civil and structural scopes including foundations, concrete structures, underground services, drainage, pavements, and structural steel installations. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving safe, efficient delivery aligned with Downer’s Zero Harm principles. What we are looking for We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Site Engineer with strong technical and coordination skills, who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment.
