Opportunity for Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists Work within our dynamic, multidisciplinary Mobility Solutions team in the complex wheelchair and seating assessment service. On‑the‑job training with continuous improvement and development opportunities. About the Role The primary purpose of the role is to provide a client‑centred, safe, effective, and efficient outcome‑focused specialised wheelchair and seating service. The role is permanent, full‑time (40hours per week) and based at Kahui Marino, Pt Chevalier Clinical Centre. Responsibilities include maintaining an agreed clinical caseload, providing assessment, education, configuration and review of wheelchair and seating solutions. The majority of your working time is client‑related. About the Team / Service / Location The Mobility Solutions team is a client‑focused, motivated and creative group of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, therapy assistants and technicians who assist people of all ages and abilities to achieve their mobility and positioning goals. About You New Zealand registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate. 2+ years of post‑graduate clinical work experience as an OT/PT. Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect people and ideas. Ability to work collaboratively with a range of professional groups in a multidisciplinary setting. Effective time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills. Drive, energy and initiative. Proven experience working in wheelchair and seating (advantageous). Credentialed or underway with the credentialing process for WMPML1 or WMPML2 (advantageous).
