You: You will be at an intermediate or senior accountant level with two–four years of accounting experience in a CA environment. You will have exposure to a variety of business sectors and should be commercially savvy, strong in accounting, an innovative thinker, and a true advisor who goes beyond compliance to provide added value. You should hold a degree majoring in accounting – although with the right experience this may not be essential. Your aspiration and drive to be part of a successful, growing business are required. You will be happy to roll your sleeves up and be able to work independently or as part of a team, build and maintain close relationships, and delegate work appropriately. The role: This exciting role sits within the Digital Advisory Team where you will use your accounting skills to provide personalised services to clients across their life cycle. You will prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, cash flows, and tax returns, while staying updated on tax laws and planning opportunities. You will identify business issues, create growth plans, advise on financial matters, and implement accounting packages. Key Responsibilities Apply accounting standards, prepare financial statements, and manage reporting functions. Prepare management reports, budgets, and cash flows for clients. Stay updated on tax laws, prepare accurate tax returns, and identify tax‑planning opportunities. Identify business issues, create growth plans, and advise on financial matters. Understand filing requirements, identify trust opportunities, and implement accounting packages.
