STATION SUPERVISOR BASED AT AUCKLAND PART -TIME POSITION: 10 hours per week Aircalin, New Caledonia’s international airline, operates long-haul and regional services across the Pacific, connecting Nouméa with key destinations including New Zealand, Australia, France and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Recognised for its modern fleet and high operational standards, Aircalin combines international aviation expertise with a strong Pacific identity, offering a professional, safety-driven, and multicultural working environment. part time Station Supervisor based at Auckland (AKL) to oversee operations for our Nouméa–Auckland–Nouméa route. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Represent Aircalin at Auckland Airport and act as the main point of contact for local partners. Supervise ground handling operations (passenger, ramp, load control, catering, and cleaning) in accordance with Aircalin procedures and international aviation regulations. Monitor on-time performance and operational irregularities, and report incidents or deviations. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards. Coordinate with Operations Control, Commercial, and Customer Service teams at head office. Manage flight documentation, operational reports, and post-flight feedback. Support customer service recovery in case of delays, disruptions, or irregular operations. PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in airport operations, ground handling, or airline supervision. Good knowledge of ramp and ground handling operations. Familiarity with reservation systems (Amadeus & ALTEA DC) Solid understanding of IATA procedures Ability to supervise subcontractors effectively Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and make operational decisions on site Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is an advantage. Analytical and synthesis skills WORK CONDITIONS Part-time position: approximately 10 hours per week, mainly on flight days. Based at Auckland Airport.
