About the Role: As a New Home Sales Consultant at Tailored Homes, you will manage our premium Prebbleton/Lincoln show homes. You are the face of NZ’s most trusted home builder, greeting walk-in prospects and converting them into lifelong clients. You will guide buyers through site selection, home design matching, and contract finalisation. Christchurch City, Canterbury Full time Key Requirements: Proven track record in residential sales. Ability to accurately manage customer expectations regarding build timelines. Exceptional active listening skills to uncover a family's lifestyle needs. Strong CRM data hygiene to follow up on open‑home leads systematically. Available to work weekends when the show home foot traffic peaks. Prior experience within the NZ building or property sector is highly valued.
