Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL), Buildings, NZ - (260000FN) About the Role We’re looking for a Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL) to manage the day-to-day operations of our New Zealand Buildings business, working closely with the Regional Director to support performance, delivery, and growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business performance, leading our people, and shaping the future direction of our Buildings team. You’ll optimise performance, enable growth, and build a high‑performing, connected culture while ensuring our people and projects thrive.
