Inventory Controller

We’ve created this role to bring sharper focus to how inventory is managed on site. You’ll be the person who brings clarity to stock, connects what’s in the system to what’s actually happening, and makes sure production has what it needs, when it needs it. It’s practical. It’s hands‑on. And it’s a role where you’ll see the impact of getting things right. What you’ll be doing Manage inventory across raw materials, packaging and finished goods Purchasing of all consumables for the site Make purchasing decisions based on production demand Keep stock accurate across systems and manage stocktake processes Spot issues early and tighten processes over time What we’re looking for Strong systems capability (including Excel and AI) High attention to detail An inquiring mind that can see what needs to be improved and how to do it Someone who takes ownership and follows things through Comfortable working close to the operation Opportunity to shape the role and make it your own We’re a team that genuinely cares about customers Staff buying account with access to wholesale pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr
