Job Overview CORPAY is currently seeking 2 experienced senior customer service representatives to join our Customer Experience division as Account Managers. This position falls under our international fuels line of business and is based in the Ellerslie office. In this role, your key purpose will be maximizing customer retention by working with early‑life customers and partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will do this by understanding customer needs, measuring satisfaction, and delivering industry‑leading service and solutions to meet those needs. The yearly salary is $65,000 plus a monthly target incentive, and the working hours are Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm. You will report directly to the SME Manager and regularly collaborate with the sales, product, credit and marketing teams. After three months of training as an Account Manager, you will work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office/2 days from home). CORPAY will provide an assigned workspace, company‑issued equipment, and formal, hands‑on training. Role Responsibilities Develop compelling solutions that keep customers engaged and committed to our products and services. Masterfully resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skillfully negotiate new terms to enhance partnerships. Cultivate existing relationships, fostering loyalty. Unearth fresh business prospects while working in harmony with sales, credit, and customer service departments. Qualifications & Skills 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in an account management or senior customer service role. Experience in the card sector and in the automotive, fuels, oil and/or energy sector, payments, credit or debit card services is highly regarded. Expert communication and confidence in building long‑lasting and trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and partners. Ability to negotiate and present at all levels of the organization, including executive and C‑level. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and have a strong eye for detail. Solid CRM software experience is essential.
