We are looking for an innovative and results‑driven Marketing and Digital Automation Specialist to join our Auckland team. Role Overview The Marketing and Digital Automation Specialist will drive marketing strategy, focusing on engagement, conversions, and revenue. The role blends hands‑on marketing execution with high‑level digital automation oversight, ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently across email, CRM systems, and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns in total alignment with the Impact Outdoors business strategy. Create, edit, and refine marketing content using original writing, existing materials, and advanced AI development tools (including Claude, Gemini, and advanced prompt engineering). Manage and optimize Google & Meta Ads, and drive organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. Build, implement, and monitor complex automation workflows; manage CRM systems to support marketing initiatives and customer journeys. Develop, integrate, and maintain AI Chatbots to improve customer engagement and streamline communication funnels. Maintain and fiercely protect our brand voice across all communications, website content, funnel pages, and frequent email campaigns. Conduct rigorous QA checks on all campaigns, automations, and launches; monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable, data‑backed insights for system and messaging improvements. Technical Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in CRM Platforms (architecture, management, and optimization). Digital Marketing Automation & Campaigns. SEO Strategies and implementation. Google Ads & Meta Ads (campaign creation, scaling, and analytics). AI Chatbot development and deployment. AI Development Tools (specifically utilizing Large Language Models like Claude and Gemini, including high‑level prompt engineering). Soft Skills & Attributes Meticulous: Excellent attention to detail with an uncompromising level of accuracy. Communicator: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to continuously refine content. Organized: Strong organizational and time management skills, easily juggling multiple tasks and strict deadlines. Problem Solver: Adept at troubleshooting and solving complex issues across digital systems and processes. Tech‑Savvy: Highly comfortable and forward‑thinking when working with the latest digital tools, CRM systems, and AI platforms.
