About the Role Based in Auckland covering South and East Auckland, this role has a strong focus on Auto Electrical. You will be responsible for growing our customer base and ensuring we maintain our position as a market‑leading supplier. You will spend most of your time servicing and developing existing and new business within these areas and serving as the main contact for trade customers. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and adding value to customers’ businesses, particularly within the Auto Electrical sector. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to existing customers and grow relationships. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to build new business locally. Develop and maintain a structured call cycle across the territory. Identify opportunities to improve offerings and add value to customers’ businesses. Work with vendors to increase product knowledge and market share, especially in Auto Electrical. Support the branch’s service offering to exceed customer expectations. Skills and Experience Experience in sales and/or account management, preferably with Auto Electrical knowledge but not essential. Proven success in meeting KPIs and targets. Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills, including technical discussions. Good time management and high work ethic.
