Stunning Retirement Village – Golflands location, work close to home AM shifts Great hourly rate and allowance offered About the role We are seeking a fabulous receptionist for our stunning Fairway Gardens retirement village, located in Golflands, East Auckland on a 6-month Fixed Term contract. Working Saturday and Sunday 7.30am to 3.30pm = 15hrs week. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors and also act as ‘First Responder’ in the case of an emergency, so holding a current First Aid Certificate is essential. Responsibilities will include: Professionally welcomes visitors and answers all calls and queries in a warm and friendly manner. First responder for any emergency requirements Ensures the Reception area is kept neat and tidy. General administrative task & support to the team in general. About You You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions count. You’re a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go ‘above and beyond’ in all you do. You have excellent ‘all round’ admin and computer skills, a can‑do attitude.
