Job Description
About the Role Office‑based role in Freeman’s Bay, close to public transport, cafés and Victoria Park. Salary: $70,000 per annum plus birthday leave, life insurance and a performance‑based annual bonus. Responsibilities Coordinate high‑volume recruitment, including interviews, scheduling, candidate communication and agency liaison. Support onboarding, contracts and employee life‑cycle administration. Assist with learning & development coordination, including training and graduate programmes. Contribute to engagement initiatives, events and wider P&C activities. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure a seamless experience. About You You’re a highly organized and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Proven experience in a coordination, admin or recruitment support role (2+ years). Some experience in recruitment from internal or agency sources. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. High attention to detail and excellent time management. Confident communicator who can work with a range of stakeholders. Comfortable working across systems such as ATS, spreadsheets and email.
