You’ll have great menu knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure every guest enjoys a top‑class dining experience. About You Customer‑focused with a positive and friendly attitude Passionate about great service and making guests feel welcome A strong team player who works well in a fast‑paced environment Professional and well‑mannered, both with guests and colleagues Track record of delivering exceptional guest service in premium restaurants, hotels, or private member clubs Comfortable with high‑volume service while maintaining quality, professionalism, and attention to detail Previous experience in venues with table service, wine knowledge, and a refined guest experience is strongly preferred Confident, polished, and service‑driven – ideally with experience in Michelin‐starred, AA Rosette, or internationally recognised establishments Capable of anticipating guest needs, upselling with discretion, and building rapport under pressure Proven front‑of‑house experience in high‑end or fast‑paced hospitality settings Ready to join us?
