Customer Service & Sales Support Representative

As a Customer Service and Sale Support Representative you will work on a small collaborative team to process orders and answer product questions to customers over email and phone. About the Role 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract starting next week, with potential to go permanent. $60K per annum pro‑rated . Based in East Tamaki. Responsibilities Process orders and use SAP to manage order entry. Answer product questions from customers over email and phone. Maintain a portfolio of customers and respond accurately and quickly to any inquiries. Qualifications Experience with SAP and CRM systems. Experience processing a high volume of orders and requests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong initiative and high attention to detail. Background in customer service or administrative roles with energy and willingness to learn. Ideally experience in FMCG, Retail, or Logistics industries. Experience with Salesforce would be great but is not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
