About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and resilient Customer Success Support professional to join our Consulting & Advisory team. This is a high-priority, high-impact role at the centre of our Consulting & Advisory department. You will play a key part in delivering a world-class experience to our customers, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team. This role is fast-paced, and requires strong ownership - but for the right person, it offers significant exposure, growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating end-to-end Consulting & Advisory programs - scheduling sessions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly Acting as the central point of contact for customers - supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring a high-quality experience Hosting and facilitating consulting sessions (including note-taking and session coordination), working closely with advisors and facilitators Managing high volumes of communication across email, phone, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams) Problem-solving in real time - responding to changes, issues, and competing priorities as they arise Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes for customers and their businesses Supporting customer feedback, program improvement, and overall service delivery enhancements Contributing to the successful delivery of events, workshops, and face-to-face sessions The Reality of the Role Workload: This is a high-volume role with multiple competing priorities Pressure: You will be working in an environment with tight deadlines and high expectations Pace: Things move quickly - you will need to adapt, prioritise, and execute consistently Ownership: You are expected to take full accountability for your work and outcomes This role is best suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys being busy, and takes pride in delivering results.
