About the Role You will be caring for patients before, during and after their endoscopy procedures in a busy suite that includes a treatment room and recovery area in the Day Stay Unit at Nelson Hospital. The role is part of a small professional team led by a Clinical Nurse Coordinator and focuses on providing a caring and professional environment, delivering quality care and extended nursing practice. Key Responsibilities Caring for patients before, during and after endoscopy procedures. Assisting in diagnostic, surveillance and bowel screening procedures. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. Collaborating with the clinical team to provide high‑quality patient care. Qualifications NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate. Post‑registration nursing experience, preferably in endoscopy and/or acute care. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Commitment to quality care and continuous professional development.
