District Nursing Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Motueka) Permanent role working 0.9FTE (72 hours a fortnight). About the Role Provide expert clinical advice to support the coordination of high‑quality, safe, evidence‑based and patient‑focused care in the community. Facilitate clinical excellence and provide measured data to support patient‑focused clinical outcomes. Monitor care delivery alongside clinical and professional performance to help staff achieve relevant Professional Portfolio levels. Partner with Nurse Educators to identify educational needs and deliver education and mentoring for staff. Provide resources and learning opportunities to ensure the ongoing competency of ENs and RNs in collaboration with the Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM). Support the ACNM in the day‑to‑day provision of a service that covers palliative care in urban and rural district nursing. Qualifications Registered Nurse with NZNC registration and a current practising certificate. Full driver’s licence. Experience in community nursing and palliative care (essential). Post‑registration study and experience in leadership, medical, surgical or community nursing.
