The role We’re growing our DevOps capability and are looking for an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to support the ongoing evolution of Diverge - our cloud‑native energy data platform. In this role, you’ll contribute to improving how we build, test, integrate, and deploy software. You’ll work across squads to enhance CI/CD pipelines, support developers, and help streamline the software development lifecycle through automation and tooling. You’ll play a key part in strengthening pipeline performance, improving feedback loops, and ensuring our platform remains reliable, scalable, and secure as it evolves. What you’ll be doing Contribute to the design and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to enhance build, test, and deployment processes Support squads by troubleshooting pipeline and build issues, helping unblock delivery Assist with integrating and automating testing across the platform to strengthen release quality and confidence Contribute to improving release processes and ensuring reliable code integration, testing, and deployment Work with teams to break down work, estimate effort, and support iterative delivery in an Agile environment Support monitoring, performance, and security requirements across development teams Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and DevOps practices Share knowledge and support more junior engineers, contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration Who are we looking for?
