About the role This permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) involves leading a team of teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will support children's learning and development, mentor and inspire teachers, build strong relationships with families, and ensure curriculum delivery reflects best practice, Te Whāriki, and regulatory requirements. What you'll bring You will be an enthusiastic leader with: A Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification current New Zealand Teacher Certification strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and pedagogy sound understanding of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations commitment to quality practice and compliance a genuine passion for helping tamariki and teachers succeed.
