Weare looking for a switched‑on individualwho cansee the big picture, connectinformationquickly, exercise sound judgment in fast‑moving situations, and ensure that theChiefLegalAdvisorand General Manager arewell preparedfor theirmeetings andother diarycommitments. You will becommunicating with a wide range of peopleacross DIA andother agencies and organisationsacrossthe country.Highly organised,you willsupport the workflow requirements of the team and ensure relevant papers are prepared and ready in advance of meetings while adapting to changing priorities. The appointing range for this role is $61,000 - $76,000 . What you bring|Nōute rourou ProvensuccessprovidingPersonalAssistantor Senior AdministrativesupporttoaSenior Leader/s,preferably within the publicsector. Confidence working with MS office programmes Ability to prioritise workloads and negotiate deadlines in the face of competing demands. Well-developedrelationship-building skills and theability tocommunicate withsenior stakeholders. Experience inmanaging invoices ensuring expenses are tracked and managed within budget. Solid writtencommunication skills, having had experienceproducingmeetingpapers,agenda,minutesand action tracking.
