60685 Team Coordinator - Plant & Food Research Team Coordinator Commercialisation – Plant Varieties Hawke's Bay, New Zealand Vacancy number: 60685 Permanent Full-time 38 Hours per week Build strong relationships across leaders, teams, and sites Deliver seamless executive and team coordination support Gain exposure to senior leadership and governance processes What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua Provide executive support including diary, domestic & international travel and meeting coordination. Coordinate team activities, meetings, events and administrative tasks. Prepare reports, agendas and key documentation Support budgets, invoicing and financial administration processes. Work across teams in various locations to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, the minimum qualifications required are: Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Strong Microsoft 365 and administrative systems capability. A collaborative approach with strong stakeholder relationship skills. Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
