This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and becoming the go-to expert on a product used in complex enterprise environments. Candidate Requirements 2-3+ years supporting Windows, macOS, or Linux environments Experience with MDM/UEM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Workspace ONE, or similar Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills Experience supporting enterprise customers Nice to have: AWS, Terraform, SQL, Redis, Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or endpoint security experience.
