Ko Tō Mahi – Your Role As Marketing Manager – Consumer Acquisition, you will translate business priorities into high‑impact marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery for your portfolio, bringing together planning, briefing, execution and optimisation to create customer‑informed campaigns that support acquisition, retention and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across teams, shaping clear strategy into great execution, and making a visible difference to pipeline, revenue and customer value. You will be trusted to bring strong marketing judgement, a performance mindset and cross‑functional influence to ensure activity is aligned, effective and continuously improving. What You’ll Do Lead marketing delivery for your portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to business priorities Translate portfolio strategy into clear, customer‑informed marketing briefs and integrated plans Own end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns and go‑to‑market activity across channels and teams Apply strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging and channel selection Drive acquisition, engagement, retention and pipeline growth outcomes, including lifecycle and customer value activity Track, analyse and optimise campaign, funnel and programme performance using data, CRM and digital tools Partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to provide clear guidance and recommendations to stakeholders What You’ll Bring Proven depth of experience in end‑to‑end marketing delivery across B2C and/or B2B environments Proven track record of delivering marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes Strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging and channel mix Experience in acquisition marketing, go‑to‑market delivery and performance optimisation Confidence working in complex, cross‑functional environments and influencing a range of stakeholders What You’ll Get Flexibility to work from home and flex your hours to accommodate work and family commitments Full health insurance cover for you and your family through Southern Cross Lifestyle leave that allows you to purchase an extra week or two of annual leave Discounts on One New Zealand products, services and more We are proudly Rainbow Tick certified and champion diversity of thought, perspective and background.
