This Christchurch-based role offers excellent hybrid flexibility and the chance to lead our regional market growth. You will collaborate with community pharmacies and internal sales teams to identify untapped accounts and efficiently convert them into First Line ProPharma wholesale customers. What You Will Do Account Conversion: Proactively identify and convert South Island prospects into First Line wholesale customers within efficient timeframes. Strategic Solutions: Present multi-dimensional commercial models to ensure long-term business viability and financial sustainability for pharmacy partners. Pipeline Management: Utilise our internal CRM weekly to log prospect activity, track the sales journey, and map conversion timeframes. Commercial Analysis: Use internal technology to conduct return‑on‑investment modelling and build compelling commercial offers. Onboarding & Performance: Manage the onboarding pipeline and review new accounts within 90 days to evaluate terms of trade against performance metrics. Regional Travel: Manage frequent domestic overnight travel throughout the South Island region (approximately 3–4 nights per month) to build strong in-person relationships. Required Skills and Experience Concept Selling Success: Proven experience in multi-dimensional selling where complex opportunities are quickly uncovered and acted upon with urgency. Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills across sales, financial, or retail environments, with the ability to interpret data to drive EBIT and growth targets. Relationship Driven: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with external stakeholders. Tech Literacy: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a readiness to maintain pipeline visibility via CRM tools. Agile & Autonomous: A self‑motivated professional who can adjust priorities quickly in a fast-paced, highly competitive market. Industry Context: Experience within the pharmacy industry or broader healthcare sector is highly desirable.
