Responsibilities Leading supervisors, team leaders, and seasonal workforces of 100+ staff during peak periods Managing multiple operational areas and teams simultaneously Workforce planning, resource allocation, and scheduling Driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture Identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions before issues arise Ensuring health & safety, quality, and food safety standards are maintained Requirements Proven leadership experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a production-based environment A strong people leader who can motivate, develop, and manage large teams Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities A proactive leadership style that focuses on prevention rather than reaction Experience coordinating multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence Potential Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) sponsorship for the right long-term candidate Opportunity to build a long-term career with a rapidly expanding horticultural business Mentorship from one of Australasia's leading berry operators Training in hydroponic berry production systems Genuine career progression opportunities Relocation assistance available for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
