Nurse practitioners as advanced clinicians will be expected to self-regulate and practice within their area of competence and experience. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will ensure that patient health needs are met through the provision of the diagnosis and the management of patient conditions through the assessment, treatment and review planning process in partnership with patients.The post holder will provide care to people with a focus on assessing, diagnosing, treating, empowering and supporting patients and their whanau using evidenced-based knowledge and skills to achieve optimal health outcomes.**Click here** to view the position description.**About the Team / Service / Location**You will be working alongside a wide team of multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals in Medical Oncology. We provide a SACT service in Whangarei, Kaitaia and BOI soon to be opening in Dargaville.
