About the Role Based in Hamilton and covering the Waikato region, you'll take ownership of generating new business and growing JAN-PRO's commercial client portfolio. From prospecting and appointment setting through to site inspections, proposal presentations, and closing new contracts, you'll manage the full sales process. You'll work independently, manage your own territory, and be supported by an experienced operations team committed to delivering outstanding service to every new client. What You'll Be Doing Prospect and develop new commercial sales opportunities. Contact businesses through phone, email, networking, and referrals. Arrange and attend meetings with business owners and decision-makers. Conduct site inspections and prepare tailored cleaning proposals. Present JAN-PRO's services and demonstrate the value we deliver. Follow up opportunities and negotiate service agreements. Secure new recurring commercial cleaning contracts. Maintain an organised and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM. Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure a smooth handover to our Operations team. Represent JAN-PRO professionally throughout the Waikato business community. Performance Expectations Success in this role is measured by consistently growing recurring revenue. Primary KPI Generate $7,000 in new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) each month. You’ll also be measured on: Maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proposal-to-sale conversion rates. CRM accuracy and activity. Building strong, long-term customer relationships. If you have the right attitude, determination, and desire to succeed, we want to hear from you. A full New Zealand driver's licence is required. What’s on Offer Base Salary: $70,000 per annum.
