About the Role The Showroom Sales Consultant will promote and sell top‑quality brands to retail and trade customers, showcasing passion for design while working as part of a customer‑focused sales team. The role is permanent full‑time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus rostered Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Maintain high standard displays and merchandising within the showroom. Provide outstanding written, verbal, listening and communication skills to assist customers. Track and identify projects through the sales process. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a strong team culture. Physically fit: lifting up to 20 kgs. Prudently manage daily sales activities and maintain accurate records. Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn and self‑confidence. Experience in retail sales is a plus. Teamwork mindset – get stuck in and get it done. Solution‑focused and customer‑focused approach. Computer literacy, strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proven record in relationship building and management. Full clean NZ driver’s licence is advantageous. Additional Requirements The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug test prior to commencement.
