As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our people connected and operational across airports, lounges, engineering facilities, and corporate environments throughout New Zealand and internationally. You’ll provide hands‑on support for end‑user technology, operational systems, and digital workplace services that enable exceptional customer experiences every day. What you’ll be doing Deliver on‑site and remote Field Services support across Air New Zealand operational hubs Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end‑user devices and workplace technology Support desktop, laptop, meeting‑room, and peripheral technologies across multiple environments Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Diagnose and resolve technical incidents quickly to minimise operational disruption Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and exceptional customer service Participate in an on‑call support roster to meet operational requirements Maintain accurate asset, support, and documentation records What we’re looking for Proven experience in Field Services, Desktop Support, End‑User Computing, and meeting‑room technologies Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, hardware support, networking fundamentals, and systems administration Experience supporting geographically distributed sites with the ability to work independently Familiarity with Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, and enterprise support tools Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and customer engagement skills Professionalism, discretion, and communication skills suitable for supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders New Zealand citizenship or residency and the ability to travel domestically and internationally Why join Air New Zealand?
