Job Description
The Warehouse in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store service desk. You will help customers with inquiries and guide them through returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, while supporting store safety and checkout operations. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
